New Care Medical (NCM) is a Provider Network that strives to provide physicians the highest reimbursement rate available while also creating a simple and efficient claims submission process.

The foundation of NCM's healthcare products is built on the providers like you who make up the NCM Network.  New Care Medical shares your commitment to providing patients with the highest level of medical care available. That's why we focus on developing partnerships that enable us to offer NCM Members convenient access to the chosen few of exceptional NCM providers.

We have developed the online tools to help you and your office staff manage your relationships with us and your patients more efficiently so you can focus on what matters most; providing care to patients.

NCM has developed the Membership Program (Please see Healthcare Coverage for more information) to provide affordable healthcare coverage to:

• -  Non-Medicare Individuals (the growing Under-insured and Uninsured market)
• -  Small Employers
• -  Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and Large Employers

New Care Medical Provider Networks:

◊ NCM Health First Network - (Primary Care Capitation Network)

• -  Base Capitation Rate starts at $30.00 per month per member (PMPM) equilavent to 180% of Medicaid and 150-160% of Medicare reimbursement for the average patient with four (4) annual visits
• -  Potential Bonus Capitation of $5 PMPM based on customer satisfaction surveying by NCM
• -  Free annual Wellness visit, each additional visit will require a $10 co-payment, Members under the age of two (2) will require a $20 co-payment

◊ NCM Direct Care Network - (Self-Pay Discount Network)

NCM's Self-Pay Discount Network provides NCM Members a list of local providers that will accept cash pricing at the negotiated NCM rate.  All NCM Members will have access to the fee schedules with displayed pricing on each of the online provider profiles.  All cash pricing will be a based on a percentage of Medicare reimbursement for simple comparison.

◊ NCM Preferred Care Network - (PPO Network)

NCM's fee-for-service network provides physicians compensation at a market rate of 125% of Medicare Reimbursment.  Normal claims submission and process is available.  NCM also provides electronic claims submission one our website under the provider login.  Please call New Care Medical (941) 362-4592 for any help or questions regarding the claims process.
