Selecting a Physician
In the beginning process of choosing your physician, NCM Members will have access on their online account to physician profiles for each of the physicians in the NCM Network. This profile will have all their credentials along with a NCM customer satisfaction rating. NCM Members will have the benefit to screen different physicians based on previous Member’s experiences.
Rating your Physician
After each visit, NCM Members will be asked to fill out a quick customer survey that will rate their experience with their NCM Physician. Each doctor will be analyzed by certain criteria. Please take the time to answer the questionnaire after each visit bearing in mind that your doctor gets incentive bonuses for positive satisfaction scores. This ensures that your doctor is doing his best to keep you from sitting in the waiting room and seeing you as quickly as possible.
